No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (perishable food items) and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at 0300 1408955 or email at support@goodgrains.com

To be eligible for a replacement or refund in these cases:

  1. You must provide a clear photo or video of the damaged/incorrect product.

  2. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. Once an order is with our courier partner, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
